As a bridge between the product designers and the design system team, my role has been pivotal in ensuring that the design system is effectively integrated into the product development process. My role is crucial for

Enhancing Visual and interactive design

Guidelines creation

Upon recognizing the team's need for guidelines on utilizing our components and adhering to our brand standards, I initiated the creation of comprehensive guidelines for each component with a group of designers.

These guidelines offer clear directives on accessibility and rationale behind specific design decisions, aiming to bring consistency in the way we use our components. They are accessible to the entire design team, aiding both current members and new joiners in becoming self-sufficient.

Process and collaboration improvements

Project sizing

To facilitate discussions between designers and Product Managers regarding project sizing, I've developed a standardized set of project sizing guidelines and processes typically followed.

These guidelines have been widely adopted by the entire team and have provided Product Managers with insights into the design process, including the reasons behind the time required for various tasks.

Workshop toolkit

I've developed a range of workshop templates tailored to designers' specific needs, ready for immediate use. Additionally, I've established a framework outlining the optimal timing and methodology for conducting workshops, tailored to different stages of the process and the requirements of individual projects.

Design Sprint toolkit

I've crafted a design sprint toolkit for the whole company, aiming to expedite the process of organizing sprints. It includes essential documents such as a guide, checklist, pre-read, and a Figma template. Since its distribution, this toolkit has been widely used across various projects, effectively saving time.
