• Review and improve the basket journey.
• Make easier for the customers to complete the form for the checkout.
• Try to delete all unnecessary informations.
  
• Divide the details Page (first step of the checkout) in more sections and follow the user step by step with all labels and help better him when he makes a mistake or doesn't complete correctly a label.

I colllect all data from google analytics and from session cam to understand all journey weaknesses and than find good solutions to improve the journey and the user experience.
